From September 19 to 23, 2022, LOCPG MO organized Macao charity and social service organizations to visit Nanning and Baise in Guangxi. The delegation was headed by John Lo, a member of the Standing Committee of the CPPCC of the Autonomous Region and president of the Care Action Macao, and included a total of 30 Macao charity and social service organizations, including the MengTak Charity Association, Macao Tong Chai Charity Association and The Rotary Club of Macau, etc.
During the activity, The Visting group visited the United Front Work Department of the CPC Committee of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, had discussions and exchanges with the United Front Work Department of Nanning Municipal Committee and the United Front Work Department of Baise Municipal Committee successively, went to Longan County of Nanning City, investigated the Macaca Village revitalization charity program funded by Macao Le Shan Xing, visited the Tongji Charity Association to fund the Reading Pilot Program charity project, and visited the national advanced community Hsinchu Community for discussion and exchange. Visit the Guangxi Museum of Nationalities, Guangxi Planning Museum, Baise Uprising Monument, Memorial Hall, etc., learn about the development of charity and social services in the mainland, and enhance your understanding of the achievements of the construction of the motherland.
