On the morning of May 12th, 2024, Mr. John Lo, the president of Care Action Macao, led a group of 30 people, including James Ng (chairman), Choi Wai Peng (executive vice president), David Chan (vice president), Brian Fong (youth committee member), and Kit Chio, to visit and learn from the "National Security Education Exhibition".
Mr. John Lo stated that this year marks the 75th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China and the 25th anniversary of Macao's return to the motherland. This provides an opportunity to promote new progress in the practice of "one country, two systems" with Macao's characteristics. Safeguarding national sovereignty, security and development interests is the responsibility and obligation of every Chinese citizen, including the residents of Macau. By deepening the understanding of the board of directors and friends of Care Action Macao on the overall national security outlook, caring about the challenges facing national security, and enhancing national security awareness as well as the spirit of patriotism and love for Macao.
