全因疫情中斷兩年的橫琴馬拉松重新開跑，國內和澳門等高手雲集，橫琴金融島人潮澎湃、氣氛高揚，一萬二千名運動員清晨六時於中央公園集結‧‧‧‧‧‧

由體育局及澳門田徑總會主辦的第41屆澳門銀河娛樂國際馬拉松，於2022年12月5日清晨舉行，今屆馬拉松路線繼續途經世遺景點媽閣廟，經過嘉樂庇總督大橋及西灣大橋等，全長42.195公里。

現在回想起來，十八歲距離現在的我很遠很遠了，在經過社會的馴化、工作的洗禮、生活的鞭策後，對愛的感知度好像越來越低，不像以前那麼容易滿足，甚至有時候總是覺得活著很累人，永遠像孤軍作戰般，但往往到最後，只要我需要支持時，我總是不缺乏愛。

今年的六七月，澳門爆發了一波疫情，頓時整個社會都陷入一片停滯的狀態之中，讓人精神格外消耗，待在家中的時間變得如此漫長，總會想著找些事情來打發時間，在這種抑鬱情緒的籠罩下，又不想點外賣，所以我選擇了做菜來排解自己的心理壓力……
